Legal Agreement

• The undersigned does hereby forever discharge, release and hold harmless The Town of Sharon, and/or its or their departments, affiliates, employees, officers, agents or insurers, The Voice of Art and the Festival Committee and its officers, agents, employees and volunteers, The People of the State of Connecticut, Executive Department, employees, volunteers and of and from any and all manners of actions, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from personal injury and loss or damage to the property of the undersigned while in the possession or supervision of the art show at The Voice of Art's Fine Art Festival.

• The work I show will be handmade by me. If accepted, The Voice of Art has my permission to reproduce my artwork through the images I have submitted to promote, advertise, and market their shows. I agree to abide by all payment and cancellation schedules.

• I understand that failure to follow any of the listed conditions and requirements for participation in the Festival will be grounds for dismissal (without refund) from the Festival. I have read TVOA’s Fine Art Festival Applications and Guidelines in its entirety.

• If The Voice of Art is forced to cancel a show due to reasons of the venue being destroyed by fire, weather, or other calamity, or by any act of God, public enemy, strikes, statutes, ordinances, or any legal authority, or any cause beyond our control there will be no refunds.
